What talent would you most like to have?

An amazing singing voice. What a way to tell a story. My daughters got the gift — I definitely did not — so I did the next natural thing ... went into loyalty marketing.

What was your best job before coming to Lacek?

Roofing houses with my dad through high school and college. I loved working outside, but getting to know my dad on a whole new level was priceless.

What’s your most memorable loyalty experience?

Redeeming Marriott Bonvoy points for an eight-day trip to Maui with my husband and daughters. Being able to give my family a once-in-a-lifetime vacation — and say yes to every experience along the way — made every point worth it.

Best advice you've gotten, career or otherwise?

Remember the little things in every conversation. They make every solution better and every relationship stronger.

What’s a fun fact most people don’t know about you?

I'm severely dyslexic! While it makes for some funny typos, it also forces me to approach problem-solving from a completely different perspective.
