I'd work in healthcare, taking care of people and bringing joy to difficult days.

Which talent would you most like to have?

I'd love to be a painter. I could watch online videos of cool paint/art projects all day long.

What’s your favorite loyalty program?

I like any program that delivers meaningful "surprise and delights," and ones that create a better experience through member privileges (early boarding, access to airport lounge, upgraded hotel room, etc.).

Best advice you've gotten, career or otherwise?

What we say to ourselves becomes what we share with the world. 
We have the power to write a new story, starting inward for outward success.

What’s a fun fact people don’t know about you?

While not a law breaker, I don't like to follow rules.
