What was your best job before coming to Lacek?

During my college years, driving the beverage cart on a beautiful golf course in Okoboji, Iowa. Spending the summer beneath those mighty oak trees can't be beat.

What’s your most memorable loyalty experience?

My family and I have enjoyed some incredible adventures — Colorado skiing! Mexican beaches! Their first Disney vacation! -- all thanks to Marriott Bonvoy.

Best advice you've gotten, career or otherwise?

Be the woman who fixes another woman's crown, without telling the world it was crooked.

What’s a fun fact people don’t know about you?

As a five-year-old, my tap-dancing performance won the Bill Reilly Talent Show at the Iowa State Fair.
