Senior Account Executive

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our team supporting a high profile, global client in the cobranded credit card industry. You’ll use your experience leading interactive projects to hit the ground running and help grow Lacek’s role with our client. This includes articulating and supporting the client’s marketing strategy, branding activities, priorities, and plans. The Senior Account Executive brings the best thinking that the agency can offer to his/her client contacts, defining and managing marketing projects to ensure that they are delivered to the client as scoped – on time and on budget.

•     Possess full knowledge of client business in order to provide perspective and leadership in defining campaign strategy to help meet campaign objectives
•     Lead and manage several projects, traditional and digital, from concept through delivery
•     Provide knowledge and expertise in digital projects, leading the client and delivery team through strategy and execution
•     Support the Account Director and Account Supervisor on deliverables within large, complex projects and day-to-day work tasks
•     Represent client’s interests and keep them informed on project status
•     Facilitate effective workflow between project team members
•     Manage on-time, on-budget and error-free delivery of projects
•     Take proactive approach in assessing client needs, delivering added value wherever possible
•     Project estimation, schedules, requirements, change management, and documentation

•     Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
•     4 or more years’ experience client management/project management in an agency environment
•     Experience managing direct mail and email development processes, procedures, strategies, tools, and trends
•     Knowledge of data/analytics and how it is used to execute campaigns
•     Experience managing marketing campaigns from creative brief through execution, including management of many simultaneous projects involving cross functional project teams
•     Superb client relationship management skills
•     Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks and changing deadlines
•     Flexible and adaptable to different work styles
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
