Senior Analyst, Data Intelligence

As a Senior Analyst, Data Intelligence you will have strong analytical skills to decipher and comprehend data and provide meaningful insights for clients ranging over a wide array of projects. Your key responsibilities will include: measurement and reporting, testing methodologies, segmentation strategy, generating insights, developing strategy, and communicating findings.

•     Design and execute processes to create data outputs supporting marketing campaigns, with accuracy while meeting deadlines
•     Develop and leverage deep understanding of the client’s data
•     Support peers with code reviews and audit campaigns and/or analysis
•     Work with functional team to identify and address client analytical needs
•     Prepare project reports and analysis summarizing performance against campaign objectives to assist in evaluation of campaign success
•     Generate marketing insights and findings from customer data
•     Perform extensive customer profiling and data mining using analytical tools to extract valuable and actionable information to provide key business insights
•     Documenting processes and procedures
•     Analyze, synthesize and visually present data for program and campaign analysis internally and to the clients
•     Communicating technical issues or findings to non-technical audience

•     Bachelor's degree
•     Four or more years related experience in marketing analytics or operations
•     Proven experience working with large datasets
•     Proficient in Base SAS (SAS EG) or have experience with 2 or more programming languages including SQL. SAS CI experience a plus
•     Advanced user Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
•     Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
•     Self-starter with ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and able to function independently
•     Effective problem-solver who can articulate a business problem, a plan to solve the problem, and develop and put forth a strong recommendation with accompanying rationale
•     Cooperative, flexible, conscientious, dependable, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented
